5* feature schedule

I was under the impression that 5* feature crystals are available for the second time on the Thursday before the Tuesday that the champ is added to the premium hero crystal. By that logic, the 5* Iceman crystal should be available today, since he will be added to the PHC on the 18th. Why is 5* psylocke available instead? Is it a mistake? Thanks!

    No mistake, just a delay in the schedule that was caused by the back to back re-run champions in the Arena. So, Iceman will still be coming, but he'll be coming up next.
