Name change and Marvel Insider

I had purchased a class omega crystal bundle in Marvel Insider but never recived it. I think this is due to the fact I changed my name from tejas300 to TheDictator in game a few weeks after purchasing the bundel. I was wondering if anything can be done about this.o7a8bstx2ucx.jpeg

    Not really, it literally tells you if you change your name before you get your package then your screwed.

    If you change your in game do it before you claim something or after you get what you claimed

    It doesn’t say anything about changing your name, “Limit one (1) per Marvel Insider member. Must have a valid Marvel Contest of Champions Account, Marvel Insider account and be a US resident to redeem.

    Please enter your Marvel Contest of Champions player name EXACTLY (case sensitive) as it is displayed in the game (note - if there is an error with your player name, your account will not be granted the package). To view your player name, go to your Summoner Profile (tap your player avatar at the top of the home screen - next to the energy bar and currency balances). “

    Like having to wait 1month for rewards to appear at your account after redeeming them at site was not hilarious enough

    Dude you posted a screenshot of the email where it says exactly that.
    And besides, common sense. It needs your name to give you the prize. If you change your name then how does it find your account?? Simple it cant.
    Wat happens is when it is time to send out the rewards marvel insider give the list of game names to kabam. Kabam Send the rewards to all listed in game names. If you changed your name your name will not be on the list.

    Cus they are a differnt company.
    Marvel inside collect a list of names during the promotion period and then send the list to kabam to send out rewards. It would take alot more work to do them individually one at a time. As marvel insider wiuld need to notify kabam and then kabam would need to process it.
    It makes sense to do them in bulk lots.
    You sound quite entitled complaining bout having to wait for free stuff.
