Awesome Job!

I don't pretend to understand how the mobile gaming industry operates or all the procedures in place & people that it takes to make a mobile game successful. I will say though, as a customer, that when an issue arises.. I can understand it. This isn't a perfect world, with perfect solutions... but when you are constantly having the same issues OVER & OVER again and you are segregating your customers based on the operating system of their phone, then you are deliberately showing favoritism to that sect of users. If not, if what I'm posting is false.. then why don't you bring the game back online to BOTH users at once??? Why do you give IOS users an advantage ??? Are you guys pushing a backdoor agenda with Apple Products?? WTF are you doing Kabam?? Seriously.

Like I said, I understand **** happens. But either you bring the game back online to EVERYONE.. or you bring it back to NO ONE. That way it's a little more fair to your community.. instead of giving an advantage to some.

**PS : I have IOS & Android devices I use for different things.. but some people only have access to certain devices.. it's nonsense for issues to arise over & over to one particular device.. whether it's Apple or Android.

    Hey KnightReaver,

While we understand your frustration, this isn't an act of favoritism. When coming out of a maintenance, we can't allow 100% of our user base back into the game at once, as this would risk destabilizing the game once again due to the heavy strain this would put on the servers.

We don't prioritize one OS over the other, and attempt to have the other follow up coming out of maintenance as soon as we can after the other. We would like to be able to bring both up again at once, but that's not safe without risking bringing the game down for an even longer period of time.
