it says I must be signed in with google account... I am, I tried logging out and then in, still nothing... can someone help out??

    hey there, for something like this, you'd either need to get in contact with our support team, or contact Goggle's support team directly. If you want to contact our support team, you can click the gear-shaped icon in the top-left ccrner of our home screen and then scroll down to the button labeled "Support".
