KABAM ACCT - NOT LINKED

Hey Guys, for some reason when I log into my Kabam account it doesn't link my "actual" profile but sets up a new one. Can anyone please help me, I'm going to be getting a new device soon and don't want to lose my account.

TBH I'm not 100% which email address its using - Hopefully someone can help.

I'm using an iPhone and it seems to me its linking with my apple account.

    When I sign into my iPad it doesn't xfer over :( that's why I'm worried about it.

    Hey OP,

    Can you please send a ticket to our support team? Make sure you do it from the correct account, and they should be able to help you out! You can do this in game by opening the menu (tap the grey gear shaped icon in the top left corner of the home screen) and then on the Support button
