I had my account permanently band...
and after 3 or 4 years of being banned.. may I have the second chance to retrive my account? I missed this game.. and I can’t start all over again.. can you give me a second chance because that was my first offense?

and I’m using an IOS now.. my first account was android way back 2014 or 2013..

I am sorry that you are frustrated because your account was banned. However, the forums are not the place to discuss any actions taken on individual accounts, including in-game bans. For that reason, I am going to close this thread.
