Alliance war issue-wrong bracket

My alliance was in gold2 before the last war. Then we won the last war and cleared all 3 battlegroups.
And then after this win, we got placed in gold3. How is this possible?
Kabam. Please look into this. Alliance tag is FIROZ.

    please look into this.
    war points were more than 1.7mil before the last war
    And now they are 1.6 mil
