My level drops from 23 to 6!

Hi, my level suddenly dropped to level 6 from level 23. May I know how this is possible? Anyone know how to get back to the correct level?

    Try restarting game?

    Tried that but still the same. My 2 months efforts totally wasted. Sigh...

    Hey Yanyan32, it sounds like you may have logged into a different account. If your level 23 account is linked to a Kabam ID, please ensure you're using that when trying to log in.
