Will Heal Block debuffs work against Masochism?

I’m fighting in the annoying act 5.2.4 quest and I’m wondering if I should rank up my Heal Block champs- will it stop the Regeneration from Masochism? Or will Masochism nullify Heal block and then Regenerate?

    It works if you trigger masochism with another debuff, parry works, and then apply the heal block while masochism is on cooldown, so long as the block is longer than the cooldown

    Yep! If you apply the Heal Block while the Masochism node buff is on cooldown, it will prevent the healing the next time it activates, assuming the Heal Block is still up at the time.
