I opened a 5* crystal ,spinning stops on domino,but it gives me cyclops.... What the hell is wrong with this game

    Hey Zxcvb, the Crystal Spin you see in the game is merely a visual effect and doesn't always reflect the Prize you'll receive from opening a Crystal. It is possible for the Crystal Spin animation to show a different Champion from the one you've actually been awarded, and I apologize for any confusion that may have caused on this occasion.

    In future, you can avoid any Crystal Spin animation confusion by using the “Open Crystal” feature, located on the bottom right of the Screen. This will automatically open up to 10 Crystals that are currently in the Crystal Vault and will not affect the drop rate in any way. The Rewards will still be yielded appropriately as if the Crystals had been Spun manually.
