How to change region ?

How come I can only select US in Region ?

How do I change to other region ?

    I have similar problem too. recently moved from my country (i hope) forever. Found a life (wife , wifi) ... But cannot change the region. It stays at the region that was my IP address geo when i registered.. It will be pretty nice that we can change it (of course based on our frequent IP address geo location) @Kabam Miike ? your opinion?
