Reviving of my Banned Account Permanently without telling any reasons.

My ID Maitreya27 Ticket Account - 05097927 No. In continuation of my previous Ticket I would like to state that it has been informed to me that my case is under investigation in this context I would like to add few facts. I have never used any kind of Hack or Mode to cheat Kabam. I am skill enough to except the challange you throw at me. Honestly by not using any kind of Cheat Modes that you will find by yourself when you thoroughly & seriously investigate my case. I would like to add two points.
1. I have two phones one IPhone & Android. IPhone is my work phone I play in it during my Working Hours as I am not allowed to use other phone. Its bettery gets exhausted very quickly as we all know so when Iphone is on charging I use my Android Phone because to maintain the continuity of the game as lots of events are time bound and I play actively that you can find out by checking my login details.
2. I just got to know on youtube yesterday that lots of players got banned while using Quake and then their ban was lifted afterwards. I was also using Quake only in AQ, Weekley and Monthly Quest recently since few days I have not used Quake in events Like ROl & Lol.
In the view of above explanation lots of youtubers play their game on two Mobile of their own but they are never banned. If their a fault in Quake Algorithm why should I get banned for not commenting any mistake.
I am really disturbed mentally as I have not used any unfair means. I am at the risk of getting kicked from my Alliance I have lost all the rewards you recently gave and I am at risk of loosing my Summoner, Battlerealm- Uncollected, Nick Fury Event Quest and lot more.
I love this game I can't even think of a single day without playing this game my other two brothers also play this game. So I humbly request you to plz investigate the facts I gave you in my case at the earliest and lift my ban as I have really worked hard to reach at this stage and plz don't give such a harsh punishment for the crime I have not committed.
Plz suggest me how can i revive my Account.
