Act 6 rewards

This is so ridiculous. I finished act 6.1 for completion 4 days ago and still have not gotten the rewards. Not even an update from kabam about when the issue will be solved or that they are indeed solving the problem. Instead I'm told to play the game like normal. How am I supposed to keep playing without knowing if I will get my rewards? I was ready to open my first 6 star but have been delayed for yet another day. When will this be fixed?!
