Why haven't I been awarded ACT 6.1 Exploration Award?

I completed my ACT 6.1 exploration on April 13, and Kabam did not award me any awards. Later it was told that it was a bug and it would be reissued. Since then, many players have received reissue awards, and my account has not been reissued so far. Why is that? Is it a bug?
