Somebody lied and told kabam I cheated now my account is banned any advice ?

    I have encountered the same issue with you. I didn't do anything and my account has been banned. I have submitted a case but I didn't get a reply within one business day as they promised. Shame on Kabam.

    You only get banned if you cheat or share your acoount. They don't ban for no reason, and being banned because "someone lied to kabam" is stupid

    Since kabam doesn't tell people why they were banned, why are you so sure someone told them you cheated?

    Will either of you that were banned share your in game name? That way we can see for ourselves if you should be banned.

    At least 50% of these, "I never cheated" posts have a 5 star LOL Ultron and a 4/40 top champ. Hahaha.

    Kabam does not ban just because someone told them you were cheating that would be ridiculous. An algorithm is in place to detect certain action taken in your in game that confirm the use of mods or account sharing and these actions would be impossible to create if you were an honest player. Even account sharing once is justifiable reason to be banned so please stop cluttering up the forums with these ban posts

    But you need a lawyer so it is really checked ... otherwise you get only copied answers

    We do not discuss Bans or actions taken on individual accounts in the forums. The moderation team does not have the ability to investigate these situations.

    We do not take actions on accounts (like banning) without being very confident in those actions. We do our due diligence, and will not be reversing any of the actions after an investigation.

    OP, I'm sorry to say, but there is nothing that we will do about this now if the Support Team has already made their decision.
