Missing units

Hi to kabam, I have 600 plus units in my account. And it's missing. I didn't gift anyone and I never used units to buy something. Hope kabam will know and they can return. Thanks

Unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and are limited in the scope of support we can provide for issues like this. However, if you haven't already, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below.

After performing those steps, please check the Unit balance on your account once more. If you're still unable to see all the Units you feel should be there, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
