  Put in a ticket to support. They'll make one of the officers leader and then you can kick him.

  Hey Sedois! Speedbump is correct here, we wouldn't be able to handle account stuff like this here on the forums, so your best bet is to put in a ticket to our Support Team.
  
  I would also like to say though that it's best to make sure that the Leader of your Alliance has been inactive for a reasonable period of time to rule out a vacation or personal stuff coming up. It would be best to wait around 30 days for this. If the Leader hasn't stepped down or left in that time, definitely get in touch with Support and provide as much info as you can about the situation to help them out.
