Android v 13.0.2 Release
Hey Players,
With the release of 13.0, a number of our players noticed an issue that was causing log-in issues for a portion of our Android player base.
We immediately set to work trying to find the cause of the problem, and started going through many different iterations of possible fixes. This led to a series of Beta releases where a number of players helped us gather the data necessary to come up with a permanent fix.
After collecting lots of data from our awesome Beta Testers, and with the help of an awesome Summoner that helped us track down the root of the issue with a video they posted, we now have a fix ready to be distributed!
After one final Beta test last night, we’re now releasing 13.0.2 right now, but will be slow rolling it to a percentage of users at a time, to monitor and ensure this does indeed fix the problem.
We want to thank all of the players that participated in the Beta Testing of these builds, and thank you all for you patience as we worked to fix this issue that has caused a lot of frustration for a number of our players.
We also want to give a huge thank you to Michal Seifert! His video and information really helped us get this fix together. A further thank-you should be extended to everyone that took the time to participate in our Beta, posted in our forum threads to provide detailed device and operating system information, as well as SamanthaD75 for helping to organize some fellow players and offer further information.
Thank you for your patience, we are very much looking forward to getting this update into the hands of all Android users!
