Map 5 Possible Boss Bug

I believe yesterday's maintenance might have caused a bug with AQ5. My teammates and I had to fight the second Scarlet Witch (SW) boss and Thanos twice because they either gave us full points or none after being defeated and then were back up to full hp. Our champions did not return to full hp. 
This didn't happen yesterday, or with the first SW boss, so I fully suspect it's an issue from yesterday's maintenance.
I checked the forums to see if othershad the problem, but i haven't found anything; perhaps it's isolated to just us?
I hope I'm wrong and missed some node or something, does anyone have suggestions as to what else it could be?
