am I the only one dropping frames?

in Bugs and Known Issues
every time I move from a node to another node my game freezes for a second or more, and when I win a fight my game freezes again. it's getting really annoying and I don't know where the issue is from it started happening yesterday night randomly..
any one having the exact same issue?

    Hey yousef_8000, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing lag and freezing.

    There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause issues like these to occur. However, we're always reviewing any reports we receive and working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.
