Next zone this happened again after beating the second defender removing the linked node to the zone boss. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and in addition to happening after a fight it also has occured when starting a new zone.
The next issue is the chat in incursions decides for itself when it wants to work, not work at all or be behind a few minutes. This also forced me to restart my game multiple times.

Description of the issue in quests: Every few fights, the game crashes when going into the champion select screen for the fight. Sometimes, just before the crash, parts of the screen (mainly the two champions) start to flicker. For example, if venom is the champion selected to fight, what often happens is his body disappears and only his tongue is shown. Basically a lot of weird, glitchy stuff happens on the champion select screen. If the game doesn't crash on that screen, it often crashes when going into the fight itself. After the loading screen finishes, two things can happen. Either the screen goes completely black and the game crashes immediately, or the screen goes completely black but the fight continues to happen (you can hear the sound and make inputs). When I reopen the game after one of these two black screen glitches happens, sometimes the fight is recovered, and I can complete the fight without any glitches, but sometimes I get taken to the main home screen in MCOC, and if I continue the quest, then the champion I tried to fight with has lost half of its remaining HP. The champion I was trying to fight is always unharmed. Recently crashes in the middle of fights have happened as well.
Usually these glitches/crashes in quests happen roughly every 2-3 fights, and I haven't noticed any patterns as to when or why they happen.
One other detail for a glitch that happens sometimes in menus: I couldn't manage to make this happen to get a screenshot, but sometimes, when I press on a menu (e.g fight), before the panel showing all the options (story quests, monthly quest etc) comes down, the game gets stuck looping a few frames of the animation for the floating rocks in the battlerealm. When this happens the game is effectively frozen and I have to close and reopen it to keep playing.

Samsung S20+ here, my game crash randomly, the framerate is below 30 fps all the time, causing my device to overheat a lot, the lag makes the game unplayable and I'm going to be kicked out of my alliance due to the bugs, every resource I spent in these past wars and quest worth nothing now. Before the compensation rewards (you know, the 6 class selector crystal) everything went fine and smooth.
I don't want compensation rewards, they are sitting there because they are expiring (at least remove the expiration time), I want the game fixed.
I restored my phone, reinstall the game and nothing happen, the problem it is not in my side. It is going to break my phone due to the overheating issue and the framerate cap, so I will have to stop playing after 5 years and so many time spent.
Season War should be cancelled again, it is unfair that android users can't play this game due to the bugs and the lack of optimization. Get your things together Kabam, and help the users.

Skinnyfit Samsung S20+ Wifi Android 11 32.2.0 Whole game. Frame rate has dropped to a static 30 maximum, unable to play harder content as inputs are delayed, sometimes FPS drops as low as 4/5 on menus and fight screens. Any end game content is currently impossible to challenge.
Neal_ Galaxy S20 FE Android 11 WiFi 32.2.1 Entire game FPS capped at 30 after the 32.2 update, same issue still (for me) after the 32.2.1 update. FPS goes to about 40 for 2 seconds initially when I load into the home screen, then falls to a flat 30 and stays permanently.
On my Pixel 4 running Android 11 on WiFi, the new 32.2.1 does seem smoother. Did a few fights at 60 hertz; also did some fights at 90 hertz but did notice some lag at 90, and will likely keep at 60. So for me framerate is better on the new update, though other bugs (connection, parry, dex) still occur randomly.

0. *Persistent Arena bots and not being addressed*
1. Players’ champion is often non-responsive to backdraft (eg. character stays put - no movement for first two attempted slide-back commands with the left thumb on-screen).
2. When the Player (Summoner) has backdrafted successfully, the Ai can now somehow (skipped inputs) reach and make contact causing loss of health or KO of the summoner’s champion.
3. While in a fighting stance and not in block mode, the AI now often activates their specials intercepting the player during a light attack, light attack, command by the Summoner, which shouldn’t allow any activations by the AI with two exceptions. (eg. It is known that when the Summoner executes a [light, medium] or [Medium, medium] it was normal for the AI to occasionally activate their specials). *note - it has never been a good idea to end a blocked hit with a medium*
4. When the AI is knocked down they are able to immediately shoot a special of their own with no time for the summoner to block or dexterity (or dex failed).
5. AI recovering from their specials extraordinary quickly after execution (skipped frames), giving them the ability to slide toward the summoner and cause damage or KO the summoner.
6. Breaking through the block without innate ability, or present node to explain the occurrence. The Ai Somehow can break through the Summoners block even though the block was executed (using the left thumb on the phone screen) much sooner than contact from the Ai could be made.
7. Appearing as if the AI has dexterity abilities or evade abilities (distorted inputs). Many times the AI retreats back so quickly, it is as if they had dexterity or evades active in the node or in their abilities, but upon checking none of these encounters had such abilities. Conversely, the AI executed specials or heavy attacks and slides toward the summoner with unexpected timing causing loss of health or KO.
8. Wifing against the AI at odd moments during a fight creating an advantage for the AI to get the Summoner KO.
9. Disconnects/ Network Issues/Crashes/loading times (clicking ‘fight,’ clicking ‘next,’ claiming crystals, clicking ‘help’ in Arena or for ally board) At the start of the fight and during a fight, persistent lag leading to more dropped input or confusion and game crashes.
10. Persisting Parry/ Dex bug. Although a hot-fix was released on or about 8/2021 - 9/2021, dexing appears to continue to fail, as well as parry.

Description of the Issue: The game is lagging all the time. During light attack, medium attack, heavy attack, SP, loading etc. On fully WiFi connection and also on Data usage with full signal the annoying red icon "no connection" is showing and often forcing to restart thr game. Understand that the isuue could be complex one, but you made it via your updates of the game or more preciesely downgrade of the game. You really should care about the players

Almost unable to play this game due to lag, when you go into fight game starts laging and after few seconds it speeds up like x2, so it lags and speeds up after that, due to that speed up it impossible to dex or parry. Playing this game since 2015 and with current device since 2019 and it always been smooth.

Problem description: This problem has been happening for a while, I don't have a precise date but since the last update it is unplayable. The delay for dexterity is impossible to manage for the parades it's the same. Some opponents have a range of charge in front of crazy (Domino, Venompool, MODOK and I forget). The worst are the freezes in the middle of the game, it can last 1 second as well as 5 or 6 seconds and in this case I try to continue my combo and it makes me a powerful attack when the game starts again or I try to dexterity the opponent's attack and I can't avoid it. Finally I keep using units to finish quests and I feel like I'm being ripped off. I use units to pass and in compensation we have potions and reanimations...

Description of the problem: Constant freezes and micro-freezes during Battles, FPS drop below 20 frames per second, especially noticeable when playing for Vision Aarkus, Mister Sinister, Aegon, Namor, Abomination (Immortal) and other characters with complex animation, this happens in any time.
On my own behalf, I want to say that my device can no longer cope with the actual quality of the graphics in the game. You need to reduce the quality of the graphics, and then everything will work as it should. And I cannot afford another more powerful device, so please fix it.
