Aegon synergy is now bugged after update

Can anyone else replicated the bug where if Aegon with Star Lord synergy does not receive a combo sheild after grtting hit? It really caught me off guard today as i quested and tried to get hit to gain furries from this synergy but lost my combo doing so.
