What will I get back from the removal of rewards?

So I was doing normal quests without realising the glitch was happening (I just skipped rewards because usually they aren't worth much at normal difficulty). I did quite a few runs through the first few normal quests (without redoing the same path at any point).

My best champs were released shortly after from AQ so I did my first run through the whole of act 5 Chapter 1 and it was after that where I noticed the massive amount of shards increase and t4 basics but I thought it was from me completing act 5 Chapter 1 and I didn't think twice before opening all the crystals and stuff.

I believe I got 4* archangel from a 'legitimate' amount of 4* shards but after that, I duped Venom and got Iron patriot and I think about 3000 of the 4000 4* shards for those were from the glitch.

I got Venom to r4 using the cosmic iso from duping him but the iso used to get archangel and iron patriot to was all from previous.

I also got my Nightcrawler from r4 to r5 max using what I belive to be false tier 4 basics but legitimate tier 4 class catalysts. The ISO used was all from about a week ago when I duped my nightrawler.

My main question is that will I get my ISO and gold back from ranking those up? I have no problem with losing the venom iso because it was from duping him from the glitch, but all the other iso was from previous dupes. I'm holding onto all the other t4 basic cats because I'm not sure which I got legitimately and which from the glitch

    Kabam said they could tell if you legitimately played without knowing versus someone who repeatedly did runs on like say the shortest paths
