Civil Warrior - Permanent armor up buff

in Bugs and Known Issues
When using CW special attacks it should convert 2 armor up buff to a permanent armor up, as stated in the description.

This is not happening, it converts to one permanent Armor up passive instead.
Bug or intended?

    It is intended to be a permanent passive armor. The description is bug, and it was reported a couple of times in the past.
    But yeh, it still didn't got fixed.

    You can search for the patch notes where he was buffed, where it states that it should be a passive armor as it is currently happening.

    Hey there, we asked the rest of the team and they can confirm he is supposed to convert those Armor Buffs to permanent Armor Up Passive Effects. We'll be working on updating his description to display correctly.
