Still seeing this occur seems only sp2 shock isnt going by the sig but by his base attack and the fury with class adantage/disadvantage notice sp3 shock was scaling right than sp2 as going through lab to see where i get to before he dies

I haven’t bothered to test it until Today. First try vs RoL Winter Solder and something is still not right with the shock damage. Full vid coming

Combo @ 57 hits = Shock damage of 711 damage (Class + Fury) Combo @ 14 hits = Shock damage of 784 damage (Courage mastery is active, no Fury or Assassin) Combo @ 31 hits = Shock damage of 784 (Courage mastery is active, no Fury or Assassin)
So there are 10 instances in two fights that shows that the ONLY part that is broken for SL is his combo attack boost is not being applied for his Shock Proc.
Shock scales correctly with Fury proc, with the Assassin Mastery, with the Courage Mastery, and with Class Advantage/Disadvantage... but NOT with his combo attack boost.
Someone probably forgot to include a bit of code for this, although how it could be forgotten after nearly 4 years is rather strange.
Seriously.... Every single fight I’ve done with Starlord since yesterday, the shock damage is all messed up. I have more vids and Pics, . Shall I post more?
More proof: Juggs from RoL vs my SL with a mutant 3some synergy and NF. Maybe some math will help make this bug crystal clear.
Combo @ 2 hits - 480 damage per tick (no fury) Combo @ 52 hits - 645 damage per tick (with fury)
Fury provides 1035 attack, which is a 37% boost. 1.37 times 480 damage (without fury) equals 658 damage, which is basically the number of damage with fury on, 645 damage, at a Combo of 52 hits.
A Combo of 52 hits for a 200 sig r5 SL should yield an additional 7,140 attack, which is a 256% boost. (1+2.56+0.37) [aka base + combo + fury] times 480 base damage means each tick should be doing roughly 1,709 damage per tick.
It does not get any clearer than this. His combo is making ZERO difference in the Shock damage from his Electric Gun proc.
It is a bug with 5* SL ONLY. I was able to use a 3* SL and his Shock proc was scaling correctly. See pictures below - 3* R4 sig 99 SL on a solo team vs WS in RoL:
Combo @ 17 hits - 158 damage per tick (Courage mastery active, no fury) Combo @ 97 hits - 483 damage per tick (Courage mastery active, with fury) Combo @ 126 hits - 590 damage per tick (Courage active, no fury)
Clearly scaling with combo as a 3*, just not as a 5*. Something in the programming for a 5* is not applying his signature ability versus it is applying it as a 3*

100% confirmed bug with only the 5* version and not a bug for the 2*, 3*, or 4* version.
And just for good measure... did it again with a 5* SL, r5, sig 200 against LoL Red Hulk.
Combo @ 203 - 718 damage (fury on, Assassin mastery active). Also have a team with me this time, so attack is slightly higher, hence the slight increase in damage.
No way that a 3* or 4* SL Electric Gun proc should be out damaging an R5's on the same content, and no shift in the 5* Shock proc damage other than what is changed live via Fury, synergy teams, or Masteries.
Can we please get an official response from you guys that you clearly see that specifically 5* duped SL's Electric Gun Shock is not scaling with his combo meter whereas the 2*, 3*, and 4* actually still do, and that the 5* version will be fixed back to what he should be doing?

Here at 97 hits the shock damage is lower than at 27 hits. Signature level 56, base attack 897.
The Fury is active, so that explains some of the difference.
