Mesmerism bug

I used Cosmic ( Eternal's Boon ) boost in 6.3.1 pilfer & mesmerism path... After getting true strike defender can't evade ( it shows evade failed ) but still attacker ia stunned and...... K.O.
If you guys making a boost then just make it working properly... Wasting my revives there because of this
