Alliance Wars - Season 15: Defense Tactics and Season Rewards Update

Summoners!
As we gear up to end 2019, we’re already looking forward to what’s to come in 2020! One of the first things that’s coming your way is an update to Alliance Wars in Season 15! This update will introduce new Season Rewards, and refreshes Defense Tactics!
Bulwark 3 (Tiers 1, 2 & 3)
#Metal Defenders are Immune to Armor Break Debuffs. Whenever a Metal Defender loses more than 3% of their Max Health from a single strike, they gain an Indestructible Buff for 10 seconds. This Indestructible is Removed if the Attacker triggers a Special Attack, and goes on cooldown for 15 seconds when Indestructible Buff ends for any reason.
Bulwark 2 (Tiers 4 & 5)
#Metal Defenders are Immune to Armor Break Debuffs. Whenever a Metal Defender loses more than 5% of their Max Health from a single strike, they gain an Indestructible Buff for 8 seconds. This Indestructible is Removed if the Attacker triggers a Special Attack, and goes on cooldown for 15 seconds when Indestructible Buff ends for any reason.
Crush 3 (Tiers 1, 2 & 3)
#X-Men & #Mercenary Defenders' attacks have a 15% chance to be Unblockable, and then grant a Fury increasing Attack equal to 100% of their Base Attack for 5 seconds. These abilities can't be affected with Ability Accuracy, however the Unblockable won't trigger on Well Timed Blocks, or while the Fury is active.
Crush 2 (Tiers 4 & 5)
#X-Men & #Mercenary Defenders' attacks have a 10% chance to be Unblockable, and then grant a Fury increasing Attack equal to 75% of their Base Attack for 7.5 seconds. These abilities can't be affected with Ability Accuracy, however the Unblockable won't trigger on Well Timed Blocks, or while the Fury is active.
Dodge 3 (Tiers 1, 2 & 3)
Size: S Defenders have a 3% chance to Evade incoming attacks. Whenever a Size: S Defender Evades an attack, they gain 30% of a Bar of Power.
Dodge 2 (Tiers 4 & 5)
Size: S Defenders have a 2% chance to Evade incoming attacks. Whenever a Size: S Defender Evades an attack, they gain 15% of a Bar of Power.
Flow 3 (Tiers 1, 2 & 3)
Critical Strikes against #Control Defenders grant a Power Gain Buff, causing them to gain 45% of their Max Power over 15 seconds. If the Defender is Stunned, the Power Gain is Removed. Max: 3 Stacks.
Flow 2 (Tiers 4 & 5)
Critical Strikes against #Control Defenders grant a Power Gain Buff, causing them to gain 35% of their Max Power over 15 seconds. If the Defender is Stunned, the Power Gain is Removed. Max: 3 Stacks.
Siphon 3 (Tiers 1, 2 & 3)
#Villain Defenders gain +50% Ability Accuracy, and each time one of their Attacks makes Contact a Passive +1,500 to Block Penetration lasting 10 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
Siphon 2 (Tiers 4 & 5)
#Villain Defenders gain +40% Ability Accuracy, and each time one of their Attacks makes Contact a Passive +1,000 to Block Penetration lasting 7 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
Additionally, to encourage careful selection of Champions that match your Battlegroup’s chosen Tactic, any Champion that benefits from the active Defense Tactic will receive a bonus of 500 to their Attack Rating, and 5000 Health.
This Season, we’ve removed Season Crystals, and focused our top rewards to be about High End Rank Up Resources, and Crystal Shards!
Note: The Tier 5 Class Catalyst Fragment Crystals in the Top Ranks differ by Rank.

Defense Tactics:
This Season, we took the opportunity to refresh our Defense Tactics. Lesser used, or less successful Tactics have received a Buff, and our more popular/effective ones have been made a little easier to deal with.Bulwark 3 (Tiers 1, 2 & 3)

Rewards Update:
We’ve refreshed the rewards for Alliance Wars Seasons! The Season Rewards identity has always been a little bit of everything, and lacked an identity of their own. Summoners have also let us know that they did not like the idea of Season Crystals, which contained Random Rewards, so Alliances that worked hard together could get very different rewards at the end of the Season.This Season, we’ve removed Season Crystals, and focused our top rewards to be about High End Rank Up Resources, and Crystal Shards!
