dupe issue

so i duped my 4* og magneto not that hes good or anything but he isnt showing up duped nor my rewards for duping him and everyone on my ally saw i opened him from 4* crystal and ive sent in 3 dofferent tickets and havent got a single reply fix this please i just spent money for events just to get screwed over common now. yall cant be doing this to people and except u to fix and be all is good

    If you've already sent in tickets to our Support Team, they are looking into the issue and will get back to you once they have more information. it may take some time to thoroughly look into your report, but they will get back to you as quickly as possible.
