Human torch at 10 heat

Maybe I'm just dumb at how it works but I thought I remembered before the patch HT couldn't be evaded when his heat was high enough but when I was at 20 heat I had spiderman classic and others evade me.

    Hey there, Human Torch doesn't have the ability to bypass Evade on his own bu, at above 10 Temperature, t he can prevent his attacks from being caused to Miss by Champions like the Hood and Invisible Woman.

    Evade and miss are two different mechanics.
