Why am I banned?

Why the hell am I banned Kabam? I didnt do anything. And that too for 153 hours. I have a path left in the Master event quest and I cant do it now because it'll expire in 1 day. What about my 2k 5* shards? This is really annoying. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Lyra @Kabam Porthos @ContestChampion

    Yep...This is the same SS that one of my ally buddy got. I know him for almost a year, and, I know, too, that he never cheated in any way. The only thing he does, is, having 2 accounts, and, I don't see anywhere that having multiple accounts is against the ToS.

    Suggestion, Kabam should send an email, to the account owner, explaining why he got banned.

    Kabam does not have access to your in game accounts from the forum. Also, I believe there is a way to appeal bans.

    The forums are not the place to discuss any actions taken on individual accounts, including in-game bans. There is more information here in our forums regarding bans.
