In Kingpin spotlight, it says that he is good against Mordo because his Black ISO Debuff on his Special 1 gives Astral Evade a chance to fail entirely.
His special 1 ability says the following: Infects the opponent with Black ISO-8, dealing 1756.5 direct damage over 12 seconds. Opponents under Black ISO-8 suffer 45% reduced Defensive Ability Accuracy and Attack.
Mordo ability accuracy cannot be reduced. So I don't think that this info is correct (unless I'm missing something).
