So right now, with all the fraudulent activity going on the mcoc Kabam's verification process has become a nightmare.
You know how these offers would pop up while opening some crystals. Some say it's like a scam from Kabam. Then you accidentally bought the offer cause you mistakenly tapped buy because you were eager to open the other crystals. You can dispute it by creating a ticket and request to have it reversed.
Now if you have been playing this game for 5 years, would you remember the date that you created your account? No. Would you remember your first two real money purchases? No. But Kabam would ask you to check your email for the earliest email that you received from them or check your esrliest achievements. But what if you have deleted your emails? Or switched from iOS to android or vice versa? What if you no longer have access to your google play or itunes?
What if all you can provide are the recent achievements you have since you switched devices? Earliest Transaction history is based on your new google play or itunes.
They will not assist you and close the ticket right away.
Meaning you are no longer allowed to dispute any errors on your account since the info that you are giving will never match their records.
Even if it does based on the receipts available, achievements and emails from Kabam.
