  Sometimes it’s just visual
  Especially if it’s on an AA node
  Slow doesn’t guarantee to prevent unstoppable effects it just reduces AA of them and triggering

  It’s a visual thing, the only place it matters to my knowledge is the champion fight who stuns you when you hit him with the buff active in a certain phase
