It's simple. I just explained it. The content isn't just for people who have done everything. There are people who will do it later. It's not just there for those waiting to do it with stacked Rosters.
Closing this thread now. We have commented as much as we are going to, and are not looking to change the ways in which we include users in our Beta Tests at this time.
Beta Tests are not done for fun, and they are not going to be given to everybody. We choose the subsets of Users that we want to include very carefully. The data they provide is studied very closely to ensure that we are getting the information that helps to improve the future of the Contest.
