Uncollected free crystal issues

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed large discrepancies in what you get from these crystals? As an example i just opened 90 crystals and the display said that i had gotten 133 l2 health potions amongst other items but i actually received just 59 potions and not sure about any differences on the other items. If anyone can shed some light on this i would be very grateful.
