Account Login Issues

Does anyone know how long it takes for Kabam to respond on a ticket regarding account issues. I tried logging into my account yesterday and it failed 3x, so I decided I would try and change my password, but hit the create account button by mistake instead of the forgot password button. So it brought me through the tutorial of a new account and I had to go through all the motions which I completed because it was the only way to log off the account and back to mine. When I finished the tutorial I went to log out of the account and noticed that my linked email for my original account was stated there, I logged out, tried logging into my account it only brings me back to the new account that was created. My account is not linked to my device so the only way to log into the account is via email and password, but now those are tied to another account somehow and my account sits in limbo in my alliance and I have no way to log into it. I created a ticket with Kabam support, they said it would be within 24 hours I would receive a reply. It has be 28 hours now and I haven't heard anything in response.

    You just have to wait for it. I know it sucks, but that is all that can be done

    yea it sucks, screwing up off season practice and alliance mates had to remove me due to aq starting back tomorrow

    @Kabam Porthos Is there anyone that can assist me with this? It has been over 48 hours with no response. I have sent 2 additional emails requesting help or some type of response and yet they remain silent.
