ZERO (0) Prestige bug

There are some accounts including mine that have been bugged with having ZERO (0) prestige, affecting our entire alliance.

Kabam can you please respond to my email and get this fixed by today so I don’t have to leave my alliance before the next AQ starts? This is an extremely serious bug.

Anyone else with this issue please voice out!

    Are there any Kabam support staff looking into this? I would appreciate at least an acknowledgment for this being fixed. Any account that can be bugged at being 0 prestige is really a big concern.

    Kabam, please look into this ASAP. This affects both the player and the alliance!!!!

    Hey there, could you try running through these troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android and letting us know if the problem still persists. If this doesn't resolve things, could those affected share their account name if you have not done so already?
