I claimed the skirmish rewards and then upgraded my archangel which I would have had enough gold to do that and I opened a premium and I duped a two star so the question is will I get banned

    No. You will not be banned for that. It's very unlikely that anybody will get banned over this. We're also not banning players for opening crystals, but didn't want you to lose out on the gold that you can receive from Duping a champion.

    Don't worry. All that's going to happen is the loss of Gold that wasn't mean to be awarded.
