AQ Half life after victory

This time I will post lot of screenshots and a video for Kabam to realize this is a real issue, this is the fourth time in two days that happens

I'm not the only one experiencing this issues, at least aknowledge the problem guys.










In-Game name: MauBocanegraT
Device: GalaxyS10
OS: Android 10
Wifi
Game version: 27.2.5
Game mode: Alliance Quest
Description: Moments before ending a battle in AQ the wifi logo appears and the game no longer has connection, no matter how much time do I wait to reconnect, it just won't happen, after restarting the game, the node is still up and my champ half-life.

You can see at the video that I don't disconnect on purpose nor anything like that
I can't show my current status of Wifi-4G in screen as the game immersive mode hides the state bar

    This has also happened to me recently. Had a victory and the game cuts out, reboots, and it's like I never fought and lost half my champs health. Really need to address this problem.
