Game freez or hang

Hello kabam, after last week big mess now it's taking too much time to start any fight. After i press start button It's like my game freez or hang for 15 to 20 seconds. Thank you.

    It's an issue I made 5 posts about, for the last week. The answer is so simple:

    They are making tournaments and don't care!
