Great Power and Great Responsibility nodes [Title edited for clarity]

Name of the nodes are inverted and ingame says 100 responsibility charges while foruns says would be 3.
100 responsibility charges seens way too much

    The "100 Responsibility" is a text error and the team is working on getting it resolved.

    I should add the lately italian translation is really, REALLY bad. I had to switch to english to understand things.

    When I saw 100 responsibilities at first, I was like: I guess I'll just ignore that node.
    Funny thing is kept activating. I was a bit confused, but it wasn't what I was trying to focus on.
