Summoners who cheat for Uncollected titles should have a way of getting it back

Before starting this I would like to confirm that I have never cheated in MCOC but rather a friend has. And I was amazed by how much I was able to pass him when I got my Uncollected title. He’s Cavalier now and he says the thing he wishes most for is Uncollected event quests and he’d do anything to have a second chance at being able to become Uncollected again. He even confessed that being permanently banned would have been much better because it would have given him the motivation to quit the game. That’s why I’m making this post, for him and all other summoners as I think it’s unfair that Summoners who cheat lose their title forever without a second chance at redemption. All of them would be playing at a disadvantage to us so here’s how I want it to go.
When a Summoner cheats they lose their Uncollected title until, they complete ALL of act 5. And if you think that’s too forgiving, it could be 100% fully explore all of Act 5. And then they would be granted their Uncollected title back, of course if they were to be caught cheating again, they should be permanently banned for not learning their lesson. Making the system this way would much more fairer instead of outright removing the Uncollected title from their account permanently.

    Isn’t there a system already in place where if you complete chapter 3 of Act 5 your friend would be able to get his title back

    It’s a really sad story for my friend but yes this used to be a way of getting your Uncollected title back and my friend was promised he’d get his title back if he was able to complete Chapter 3 of Act 5. He completed chapter 3 of Act 5 legitimately, however while waiting to be verified that he never cheated again for his Uncollected title Kabam changed their TOS, and now if you lose your title you can never get it back, and he completed Chapter 3, months before Kabam changed their TOS and he asked why they took so long yet all they replied with was that the process takes months to verify.
