Labrynth of legends not opening!!!!

I have become uncollected and completed Realm of legends but my Road to Labrynth isnt completed .When I entered labrynth of legends and went to Red hulk with 4/55 Doom and clicked the fight button my game just stopped responding there.I tried deleting nd downloading it again but iy is occuring again and again.@kabammike please look into this matter and whole community also.
