Before the buff daredevil it was more powerful.

    Okay this is getting out of hand, yes the buff was disappointing but there's literally no argument for saying he's worse than before. Even with the incompatibility with suicides he's literally better in every other way. More damage, more utility, more fitting playstyle

    Not only is it disappointing, it is useless, and not only with suicides, reducing your regeneration rate can kill yourself, your damage is mediocre
