  Hard disagree here lad. Not all champs have to be cosmic ghost rider insanity. He’s solid looking good utility and decent damage.

  Why must we have this mentality that every new champ has to be the biggest and baddest damage dealer every new update. I mean seriously. You're asking for a tune up because of a deep dive that's meant to showcase the WHOLE CHAMP in small parts to explain his kit. We aren't going to have CGR's on every release. Stop with these posts.   These videos are not shot exactly as you see them. The video does not indicate that it took 70 hits to hit his rotation, but Dave does give some good insights into how to get to his optimal rotation. Remember to take all reviews and previews with a grain of salt until you have a chance to try him out yourself or more players have had time to try him out and give their reactions.
  
  I'm going to close this thread, because it has gone pretty off the rails.
