Hey asking for a friend who made his account with a random email and doesn’t know the password too it as well 😔 is it possible to recover this account? Thanks

    Nope, should have used his own mail. Try contacting support anyways. Also this discussion will be closed soon by mod since discussing individual acvounts is not allowed on forums

    If he doesn’t know the email or password I have a feeling it’s not his acct to begin with

    Hey @Yaki_Nori, for help with something like this, your friend should contact our Support Team. He can reach out to them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
