Act 7.1 Mythic and Legends Update [UPDATED FEB 16 1:20 PM PDT]

Greetings Summoners,
We know that you've all been waiting patiently for the release of Act 7.1's Mythic and Legends titles. With our recent changes to how these titles are being distributed, we're being extra cautious in our vetting. We are also happy to share that we have made some advancements in our process of ensuring that only players that have done their own runs and did so without any unbalancing of the fairness of the Contest are being awarded the title.
As a reminder, having others run content for you, or account sharing (commonly referred to as using Mercs or Piloting) or the use of third-party software to modify gameplay, is strictly a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in disqualification from contention for Legends Runs, and can result in actions taken on your account, including suspension.
We are committed to keeping the Contest a fair place for all Summoners and look forward to getting this finalized list of Legends Run winners out to you all as soon as we can.
UPDATE: This post initially mentioned that the rewards and names would be out by the end of the week. This was not correct. At this moment, we do not have a timeline for the release, though we are working to get it out as soon as we can.
