5* Shards are only being made available via purchases

It's getting ridiculous now, almost as if 6*s have been announced just so they can sell more deals with 5* shards in.
Yes it was a unit offer. But still to have 6k units your gonna be purchasing them at some point.
I thought new things would be added to the game to earn them? You haven't even sorted out the rewards for Wars to up them there! Maybe add some to a war victor crystal to save getting an XP boost after winning a war.
It's only been a couple months so there's still time to live up to the announcement and make them more available, but not just via people purchasing them! That's absurd! Everything seems to revolve around just making a quick buck now and your happy.
The community are far from happy, lose that and you will lose the game basically. Not all about short sighted money gains which is how it seems.
I would love to be told how your going to be making them available, what's with the secrecy? Or did you just mean they will be sold weekly/bi-weekly for players who can afford to splash at every opportunity.

No, we definitely did not mean that they're just going to be sold, but to say that we haven't made them more available in other ways is kind of ignoring a lot of content that has already come your way. We said that we're going to make 4 and 5-Stars more accessible, and have done that with the introduction of the Grandmaster Crystals. We said that you'll be able to earn more 5-Star shards, and we did that with the improvement of rewards in the Monthly Quests (granted, that was actually before the announcement, but it was part of the plan leading up to the launch of 6-Stars). We added them to the Monthly Calendar a couple months back.
There is still quite some time until the release of 6-Star Champions, and we even said that we had deals planned that included the sale of 4-Star and 5-Star shards/crystals, and that is the reason that we announced the introduction of 6-Star Champions so far ahead. So you can make educated decisions.
We still have lots planned. When will you tell you? When we're closer to when those changes will be coming! Between now and then, a lot can change! You guys know that!
Don't worry. We did not just mean you'll be able to buy them. We're still introducing more ways, and will continue to do so well into the future, including past the introduction of 6-Stars.
