**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Cavalier Buffs Update: Continued

Summoners,

As promised, we are back with more! Our team has been working hard on some fresh, new buffs! These will be live in your June Event Quest and will also be added to the Cavalier Buffs pool. See below for details:

COSMIC

  • Celestial Vision: Each time a Cosmic Attacker lands an Attack, they have a 10% chance for each unique Buff to gain a Vigilance Buff, preventing Attacks from Missing for 5 second(s). If the Attacker has a True Strike, True Sense or True Accuracy Buff this Vigilance Buff lasts for an additional flat 5 second(s).
  • Nowhere To Hide: Each time the Defender’s Miss Effect is prevented, Cosmic Attackers gain an indefinite Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by 35%. Max 10 stack(s).
  • Arrogance: Every 10 Hits on the Attacker's Combo Meter afflicts them with a Falter Passive. Falter causes their attacks to Miss, and lasts 3 second(s). When the Attacker is Struck, Falter is removed.
  • Faltering Mind: Falter Effects last for an additional 1 seconds and reduce the Attackers Defensive Ability Accuracy by 100% while active.

SKILL

  • Martial Discipline: Every 5 Critical Hits a Skill Attacker lands Purifies all non-damaging Debuffs on them.
  • Fighting Fit: Each time a Skill Attacker is Immune to a Debuff or Purifies a Debuff, gain an indefinite Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by 70%. Max 5 stack(s).
  • Accident Prone: Every 5 second(s) the Attacker is inflicted with a Debuff in the order of Weakness, Disorient, Armor Break and then Special Lock before repeating, each lasting 10 second(s).
  • Heal Block - Passive: The Attacker is permanently affected by a Passive Heal Block.

MYSTIC

  • Occult Equilibrium: Each time a Mystic Attacker gains a Regeneration Effect, Power Drain 10% of the Defender's Max Power.
  • Siphoning Strength: Each time a Mystic Attacker inflicts Power Drain, Burn or Steal on the Defender, gain an indefinite Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by 35%. Max 10 stack(s). This ability has a 1 second cooldown.
  • Power Overwhelming: The Defender gains an indefinite Protection Passive, reducing damage from all sources by 0 to 70%. This ability scales up with the Defender’s Current Power.

MUTANT

  • Antagonistic: Each time a Mutant Attacker knocks the Defender down with a Heavy Attack, the Attacker gains an Unblockable Buff lasting for 3 second(s), plus 2 second(s) for each Buff on the Attacker. Max duration of 9 second(s).
  • Reckless Abandon: Each time a Mutant Attacker hits the Defender with an Unblockable Attack, the Attacker gains an indefinite Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by 35%. Max 10 stack(s). This ability has a 1 second cooldown.
  • Roll With The Punches: Each time the Defender receives a Stun Debuff, they reduce the duration of further Stun Debuffs by 20% unless the Attacker has an active Buff or Prowess Passive when the Stun Debuff is inflicted.
  • Achilles Heel: The Defender takes 20% reduced damage from all sources except Special Attacks, Heavy Attacks and Unblockable Attacks.

SCIENCE

  • One-Two Punch: Each time a Science Attacker knocks the Defender down while they’re suffering from a Power Sting, Slow or Weakness Effect, the Defender is inflicted with a non-stacking Petrify Passive reducing the potency of Power Gain and Regeneration Effects by 50% for 10 second(s).
  • Erudite Ruse: Each time the Defender would gain Power while suffering from Petrify, Enervate or Suppression Effects, Science Attackers gain an indefinite Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by 35%. Max 10 stack(s). This ability has a 2 second cooldown.
  • Avarice: Every 15 second(s) the Defender gains a Power Gain Passive, granting 30% of Max Power over 8 second(s).

TECH

  • High Voltage: Each time a Tech Attacker inflicts Power Drain, Burn or Lock on the Defender, inflict a Shock Passive, dealing 5% of Base Attack as Energy Damage over 12 second(s).
  • Shocking Revelation: Each time the Defender is inflicted with a Shock Effect or when either Champion uses a Special Attack while the Defender is suffering from Shock Effect, Tech Attackers gain an indefinite Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by 35%. Max 10 stack(s).
  • Fighting Dirty: At the end of the Defender’s Special Attacks they gain an Unblockable Passive lasting 8 second(s). This ability does not trigger while the Defender is suffering from a Shock Effect.

    In addition to the previous update above, our team will also be adding the following:

    Cosmic
    • Increased Celestial Vision Vigilance chance to 15% from 10%.
    Tech
    • Reduced Fighting Dirty Unblockable duration from 8 seconds to 6 seconds.
    • Reduced Shocking Revelation max Fury stacks from 10 to 5, increased the potency from 35% to 70%.
    Science
    • Reduced Erudite Ruse cooldown from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
    • Reduced Avarice Power Gain from 30% to 15%.
    These will be live in-game on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.

    COMING SOON (September)
    While you will not see the following changes immediately, they have been scheduled to go live in September:

    Mystic
    • Reduced Siphoning Strength cooldown from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
    • Reduced the Power Overwhelming Protection max value from 70% to 50%.
    Mutant
    • Reduced Reckless Abandon cooldown from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
