Stuck in side event

While loading into the final fight of the SQ I placed HT's pre-fight and started the fight. The game lost connection, upon going back in the game it showed me at the start. When clicking to continue on the path it warped me to the last fight, pre-fight burned. Killing the boss puts me right back at the start, trying to move warps me to final path and cannot complete the entry.

At this point I'm not sure if I should just quit out and put in a ticket? realistically it was only half a t2a, but I still kinda want my rewards..
